Is it hypoallergenic?
Yes. Our pieces are nickel-free and lead-free, making them safe for most sensitive skin.
Will the plating wear off?
Our pieces are crafted with high-quality 14k–18k gold or rhodium plating. With proper care, your jewellery will maintain its shine for a long time. As with all plated jewellery, natural wear may occur over time depending on usage and exposure.

What is your return policy?
  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
  • Custom and personalised jewellery is non-returnable and non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

Yes — once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link by email.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, we begin processing your order and changes may no longer be possible.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Every piece arrives in elegant SOLYRA packaging, perfect for gifting. You may also add a personal note at checkout.
Can I customise jewellery?
