Return Policy

Can I return my order?

Yes. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Earrings and personalised jewellery are non-returnable for hygiene reasons

  • The item must not show signs of wear or damage

If your item is defective or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.


How to start a return

Include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • A photo of the item (if damaged or defective)

We will provide you with the correct return instructions once your request has been reviewed.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, we begin processing your order and changes may no longer be possible.

If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You will need to wait for delivery and then initiate a return.


Refund Process

Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

You will not be charged additional processing fees for the refund.
