SHIPPING COSTS

At Solyra, we cover all shipping costs, so you won’t have to pay any additional fees.


ORDER TRACKING

Yes, all our shipments include Track & Trace. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a link to track your package on the order status page. Please note that tracking information may take a little time to update.


DELIVERY TIMES

At Solyra, we strive to deliver products as quickly as possible. If you place your order on a business day before 5:00 p.m., we will do our best to process it the same day. Many of our items are shipped directly from our suppliers, so the estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days.


WHAT IF I’M NOT HOME AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?

If you are not home when delivery is attempted, your package will be sent to a nearby courier location and held there for 7 days. The driver will leave a notification with the exact pickup location. If the package is not collected within this period, it will be returned to our warehouse.


INCORRECT ADDRESS

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct delivery address. Since we work to process and ship orders quickly, there is only a short window to correct any errors. If you believe you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at info@solyra.co.nz so we can try to correct it before shipping.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the Track & Trace system shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please notify us immediately at info@solyra.co.nz. The local courier company can begin an investigation 14 days after the estimated delivery date. We will keep you updated throughout the process.
